Where do you get inspired to create new content?
We look at support tickets to see where the biggest pain points are, as well as looking at the biggest / most complex features. We also recently launched a community, (community.typeform.com) that has lots of great ideas for new help video content.
What was your biggest lesson learned from creating videos?
If you're creating help center content, always keep the customer in mind. Don't worry about being too fancy–try to be helpful and keep it as short and to the point as possible. And try your best to keep the audio quality as high as possible. It's the least forgivable when it comes to watching video content.
