Which languages are supported?
Type Studio currently supports these languages:

Do I get 10 minutes upload time every month in the Free plan?
Yes, you can upload 10 minutes of videos to Type Studio every month without paying. The month starts with your registration day. The maximum upload time for one video is also 10 minutes. The same applies to audio files.
How is my payment being processed?
We use Stripe to process your payment. It's the same payment provider used by products such as Udemy, Lyft, and Patreon. We do not handle your credit card information directly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. If you have any trouble with paying by card, please contact us and we'll work out an alternative. For Business and Enterprise plans, we issue invoices payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase.
Why can't I upload my video?
There are many possible video formats and codecs and we try to support as many as possible. If you still have problems uploading your video, please write us in the website chat and we will take a look at your video and add a way to upload it to Type Studio. Currently ".MP4" & ".MOV" is the format that allows us to transcribe your video the fastest.
Can I really cancel anytime?
You can! If you want to cancel your plan, simply go to your profile and cancel it on the account page. If you do cancel, you will continue to have access to all the premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
Will I receive receipts for my transactions?
You can access receipts for all transactions in your account. There's also an option you can turn on to receive receipts to your email address.
